POLO Residences

Residential Building

Completing the 29 structures in 8 months was a challenging program. The client also wished to minimise the impact on the environment, making our Ulma panel systems the obvious choice. All the verticals were cast using LGR and Orma, while the slabs were cast with Ulma CC4 early strike system allowing the work to be completed with a fraction of the conventional equipment required and eliminating plywood waste.
